How big are the mugs, and how should I wash them?

Each mug is white ceramic with a 330ml (11oz) capacity. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. The design is applied using dye sublimation printing, so it is fade-resistant rather than a transfer that lifts with washing.

Are the mugs printed to order?
