KK Designs London Guarantees the Quality of its Products

KK Designs London Limited is in full control of the design and production process so can genuinely guarantee the quality of its products literally from A-Z. For this reason, every branded mobile phone case cover is hand checked by a member of our Quality Control Team before it goes out either in bulk delivery format to a B2B Client or to a B2B Client’s own Clients.

However, even with such procedures in place sometimes things can happen so if you or a Client discovers a fault with one of our mobile phone cases then simply take a picture of the case/the defect immediately upon receipt and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.  Should you wish to return your item(s), please email us with the reason for the return, within 10 days of receiving the order either directly or when received by a B2B Company’s Client.

Please note that clients are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. However, where there is a genuine grievance it is our policy to reimburse any reasonable return fees.

Statutory Rights – Please note that the KK London Guarantee does not replace or seek to replace any statutory rights applicable in either the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or in the Republic of Ireland.
